Weekly Meditation & Interfaith Discussion

All classes and events are FREE and open to ALL. Since we operate completely on donations and volunteer work, contributions are greatly appreciated. We offer our meetings for free at Earth Star Creations, located at 619 S College, Fort Collins, 472-0224. Earth Star is located between Mulberry and Laurel next to Canino's.

LUV Celebration of Peace and Humanity April 2007 7:30 pm Every Thursday God is Everything Study & Meditation

Join us for tea while we listen to a short reading and participate in a discussion on the week’s topic followed by a 15 minute meditation.

We are currently studying the Isa Vasya Upanishad using God is Everything; Isa Vasya Upanishad, an exposition by Swami Sarvagatananda.

The goals underlying all our meetings are increasing our understanding of our inner natures, strengthening the best in ourselves and those around us, and learning to make the whole world our own. Free and open to the public.

Location : Earth Star Creations, located at 619 S College, Fort Collins, 472-0224. Located between Mulberry and Laurel next to Canino's.

Seasonal Celebrations

Some share songs, chants, simple ceremonies, meditation and discussion. With the turning of the seasons, explore sacred ceremonies and celebrations from around the world. Our goal is to increase our understanding of our inner natures, strengthen the best in ourselves and those around us, and to learn to feel the whole world to be our own.
Children are welcome and included in the ceremonies.

July 8 2007, Sunday, 4 – 7pm “We Are One In The Spirit”
In this celebration we remember the invisible living Source from which everything comes and to which everything returns. That Oneness from which comes Existence, Intelligence, Love.

September 2007, Sunday, 2-4 pm “Thankfulness, Letting Go, Motherhood of God”
In the past, people of all countries used to grow their own food and come together at harvest time to offer up the best of the crops in thanks to Mother Nature, the Source of Life. Like the plants of Autumn, we will practice letting go of the fruits of our lives in thankfulness to the nurturing aspect of the Universe.

January 2008, Sunday, 2-4 pm “Light and Guidance”
On this mid-winter day, we will gather to reflect upon the many aspects of The Light that is found in all religions and all people. Like a father who protects, supports and guides us, our inner Light shows us the way.

April 2008, Sunday, 2-4 pm “Peace and Humanity”
The creative energies of Spring draw our attention to the loving, playful aspect of the Divine, the joys of family life and the desire to live peacefully within ourselves and in the world around us.
